Subaru (United States)

Subaru refers to vehicles produced for the United States Market by the Japanese automobile manufacturer headquartered in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. This article is a comparison of the environmental impact of vehicles produced by Subaru and sold in the United States. This information does not include upstream emissions from fuel or electricity production, which may be significant. Subaru vehicles, for the 2017 model year, have tailpipe CO2 emissions that range from 282 to 458 grams per mile. The lowest tailpipe CO2 emissions per mile are from a configuration of the Subaru Impreza and the highest emissions are from a configuration of the Subaru WRX. Fuel economy and emissions data is from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory.[1]
