Soy milk is a drink produced from soybeans. This article is a comparison of the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (carbon footprints) of various soy milk products. The soy milk products listed in WikiFootprints have GHG emissions ranging from about 0.7 to 0.9 kg carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) per litre.[1]
