Milk referrs to a beverage from mammals, such as cow's milk, or plant-based milk substitutes. This article is a comparison of the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (carbon footprints) of various milk products. The milk products listed in WikiFootprints have GHG emissions ranging from about 0.7 to 1.9 kg carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) per litre.[1]
