Fresh cream, a dairy product, is composed of the higher-fat layer skimmed from milk. This article is a comparison of the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (carbon footprints) of various fresh cream products. The fresh cream products listed in WikiFootprints have GHG emissions ranging from about 1.68 to 3.48 kg carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) per pint.[1]
